Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops
This one skillet meal is a family favorite, using totally normal ingredients that you probably already have at home.

- 4 Bone-In Pork Chops
- 2 TBSP Oil
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- 1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Yellow Onion Chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Prep and measure all your ingredients before getting started. This will save you the heartache of rushing later. Nobody likes a burned pork chop!
Season your pork chops with salt and pepper
Heat the oil in the skillet on medium/high heat and sear both sides of the pork chops until they're golden brown. Set them aside on a plate
Sautee the mushrooms and onions until they're soft
Add the garlic until it's fragrant
Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the skillet. Let it come to a simmer
Reduce the heat to medium/low and add in the heavy whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let it simmer until it becomes thick and creamy
Add the pork chops back to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the chops. Let them simmer until reaching an internal temperature of 145℉
Pairs really well with rice pilaf or mashed potatoes
